Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup powdered sugar for rolling

Instructions
 

  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, combine cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
  • Prepare Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Combine: Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
  • Chill Dough: Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat Oven: Set to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Shape & Coat: Roll dough into 1-inch balls, coat in powdered sugar, and place on baking sheets.
  • Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes until crackled on top.
  • Cool & Serve: Let cool on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
