- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 large carrot thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce optional
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp ginger grated
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil for stir-frying
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Stir-fry carrots for 2 minutes, then add broccoli for 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes.
Pour in sauce, mix well, and cook until thickened.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
